Cake Ingredients: 1lb Salted Butter (room temperature) 8oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese (room temperature) 3 Cups of Sugar 6 Large Eggs - 1 at a time (room temperature) 3 Cups of Cake Flour 3.4oz Instant Lemon Jell-O Pudding Zest of 1 Large Lemon Juice of 1 Large Lemon 2tsp Pure Vanilla Extract Lemon Icing Ingredients: 2 Cups Confectioners Powdered Sugar 1/3 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice Preheat oven at 325° Bake for one hour and 25 minutes Depending on the heat of your oven check and make sure cake is cooked all the way through. May take another 5-10 mins depending on your oven.
